In amongst the hubris, we would like to commend the Greens for at least stating some clear aims for what they believe should be included in planning standards relating to buildings. We wholeheartedly support their specific aims to:
- Enforce high minimum standards of durability, energy efficiency, noise insulation, privacy, and water conservation in new and old buildings.
- Encourage experimental housing that fosters innovation and the above aims.
