The Millthorpe House has been a collaborative project with Sydney based sustainable design firm, Anderson Architecture. The house has been built with a local builder who has been trained by a Habitech carpenter in using our construction system. With Habitech Engineers designing and inspecting the structure, the Millthorpe House is able to take advantage of the site’s picturesque views while capturing the day’s sun from this stunning site.

Habitech was engaged at the early stages of the design process and was able to guide the architects to ensure an efficient and functional integration of our Wall Panel System. The final result is a high performing, comfortable and sustainable family house consisting of three interlocking pavilions, oriented to the North of the site.
